A Variety of  Training Options

We offer three primary avenues of training to best suit the needs of the client and their dog from basic obedience to behavior modification we can provide the proper training to help you and your dog succeed.  Depending on your personal schedule and your dog's specific training needs we are sure you can find a Leader of the Pack training program that will help you become the leader of your pack.  If you are unsure which training would best suit your needs please contact us at 503-704-LOTP (5687) for a FREE phone consultation.

GROUP TRAINING CLASSES

  1. FOUNDATIONS - This is our basic obedience class and it is great for people and dogs of all ages.  This six week course will help you build a strong foundation of basic obedience commands with your dog.
  2. BEST BEHAVIOR - This is our advanced obedience class and it is great for people who are looking to help their dog learn to overcome distractions in a real-world environment.  Due to the fact that this class is held outdoors it is only available mid-spring to late summer.

PRIVATE TRAINING OPTIONS

  1. PRIVATE TRAINING (In your home) - This style of training is great for people who's schedules don't allow them to participate in our group training classes or if their dog is having specific behavior issues that are best addressed in a one-on-one setting.
  2. PACK THERAPY - This is particularly good for dogs who have socialization issues; dog aggression, food aggression and fear aggression.  This training is overseen by our Lead Instructor/Trainer, Mark Dunlap and his balanced dog pack.

LIVE-IN TRAINING

LIVE-IN TRAINING - This boot camp style training is great for dogs who've had some basic skills but may be displaying a wide variety of behavioral issues.  It is also a great alternative to long-term boarding because your dog will not only be fed, watered, and walked but also receive 24/7 hands-on training from an experienced trainer.  Live-in training allows your dog to be fully immersed in a stable and active pack environment.   Advanced screening and reservations are required as space is limited and fills up quickly each month.
